FAQ:

How do I login?

When you register online and make payment, you’ll be asked to enter your email. Your username will be your email address. These are the details that you use for logging into the site. You will also receive an email within 48 hours with your login password.

How do I set my child up with a profile?

When you first enter the site, go to My Account and choose a Public User Name. This will be your Child’s profile name. Note, this shouldn’t be the child’s full name, rather a username that you are happy to be displayed in a leaderboard.

I have more than one child who wants their own profile. What should I do?

Go to 'My Account' page and click on 'Add a Child Profile'. You will need to use another email address than the original one you registered with.

When will my subscription start?

We’ll start your subscription within a 72 hour period, which starts with your order online being processed and your payment details being approved, then we will send you a private login to your email within 72 hours of purchase to be able to access all the content online instantly.

What do I get when I subscribe to the Coerver Players Club?

You get unlimited access to all Coerver Players Club content online.

Will content be released on the site over time?

Yes, there will be new categories and more challenges in time and we will notify you by email when we drop new releases. Watch this space!

Do I need internet access?

Yes, for the site to work you require a stable internet connection as videos are loaded from Vimeo to demonstrate the challenges/skills.

What equipment do I need?

You need a set of cones, a ball and a mini goal. You can be inventive with the goal if you don’t have one! We will soon be opening our Merchandise shop for Coerver branded equipment. Stay tuned.

Reactivate expired/cancel subscription

If you do decide to reactivate your subscription, it is easy to do. Login and then click the re-register button to sign up again.

What age/ability is Coerver Players Club for?

For all players of all abilities, recommended between 7-14.

Are the challenges/skills based on ability/age?

When you enter the site, there are two options to choose from – Beginner or Pro. This can be found in ‘My Club’. The challenges/skills in the two levels are the same. We have adapted the scoring and award system ONLY. So, you as a parent can make the decision what level you think would be appropriate for your child. You’re still getting the same number of fantastic skills and challenges. You can always change the level if you find the awards too easy or difficult to win.

Does the difficulty of the challenges go up in number order?

No, the challenges within a category are just different challenges based on the particular skill set that you are working on.

Can I do challenges as many times as I want?

Yes, the site is designed for you to keep working on your challenges and skills as much as you like. Keep doing your favourites, or get working on improving your points! Go for gold!
